Spanish Edition Only

This notice pertains to the scoring of Part I, question 43 of the Spanish edition only of the Regents Examination in United States History and Government.

Question 43 of the Spanish edition lists the answer choices as (1) (4) (3) (4) instead of (1) (2) (3) (4). Because the correct answer to this question is choice (2), all students who used the Spanish edition, either exclusively or in conjunction with the English edition, and selected choice (2) or (4) should be awarded credit.

Please photocopy this notice and give a copy of it to each teacher scoring the Spanish edition of the examination.
